DESCRIPTION
Dry cleaning solution aerosol, dielectric strength, Neutralene® HV1, Ibiotec, aerosol cleaning solution for contacts, quick-drying cleaning solution, cleaning aerosol for electronic and electrical equipment.
NEUTRALENE® HV1 quick-drying cleaning solution is highly recommended for degreasing, cleaning and decontamination of all metals, composites, glass and ceramics, as well as most plastics and elastomers. It eliminates all organic and inorganic contamination.
This solvent is used in electronics, precision engineering, aerospace, optics and on all electrical equipment. It is particularly recommended for restoring electrical characteristics whilst avoiding sparking and leakage currents. NEUTRALENE® HV1 cleaning solution aerosol can be used to prepare surfaces before insulation.
It can also be used to prepare surfaces before gluing, painting, metal-plating, insulation or tropicalisation.
FIELDS OF USE
Maintenance of all electrical equipment, cabinets, photocells, cut-off switches, circuit breakers, contact switches, rheostats, rectifiers and motors. It does not affect insulating varnishes.
Decontamination of connections, busbars, fuse holders, fins on low voltage transformers.
Cleaning of open-cell or pre-block insulators, transformer penetrations, Buchholz relays, pressure gauges and valves.
Cleaning and silicone removal from EHV distribution stations and connectors before manual or infra-red camera inspection.
Cleaning of all direct contacts, potentiometers, keyboards, sliders, rotary contacts.
Servicing of low voltage equipment: telephony, telecommunications, air and sea navigation equipment.
Cleaning of microswitches, semiconductor pads, electronic tracks.
Cleaning of SMC circuits.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Shake the aerosol from bottom to top for a few seconds. Spray 20 cm from the surfaces to be treated, according to its size.
